Transit time Our standard shipping service has a transit time of 20 (or less) to 40 business days. Please note that transit time may vary depending on the location and shipping conditions.
Peruhand can expedite delivery to most destinations. Our products are delivered in the following ways:
Standard (Economy): 20 (or less)-40 labor days
Peruvian Post Office (SERPOST): Works worldwide with post offices like USPS. This service is not available for oversize items.
Express: 5-8 labor days
DHL International Service: Works worldwide
Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
How does Peruhand protect my payments?
Our payment system is linked with PayPal that make a 100% secure purchase. You can run all your transactions securely with us.
Our customers are under PayPal buyer protection. So, transactions need only a login and password, you don’t expose your financial information, such as credit card numbers. If there’s a problem with a transaction, we’ll put a hold on the funds until the issue is resolved. Just have to communicate with us to help you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please click here to submit a cancellation request and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order.
Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been shipped. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.
What should I do if my purchase arrives damaged?
Packaging on some items may be damaged or appear soiled or dirty as some of the handling at the time of transport.
Returns are limited to defective goods or a mistake made on our end. You have 7days to contact us after receiving your order regarding an issue. You must then return faulty goods directly to Peruhand.
Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Peruhand reserve the right not to accept their return.
In the event of a return being approved, we will make a refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of your revocation.
Returning my purchase
To return your product, you must send us an email support@peruhand.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Purchase date
- Product/s purchased
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product
Once we receive your email, we will contact you for the refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

You purchased 3 items, but only received 2
The item was substantially damaged during shipping
You purchased an item described as authentic, but received a knockoff instead.

These Terms and Conditions only apply to the Black Friday & Cyber Weekend promotions:
- The Black Friday Promotions will begin at 07am (GMT) on the fourth Friday in November and closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on next Monday in November. Discounts will only be valid during this time. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
- Discount Codes will not work during the Sale.
- Black Friday Sale items are not Eligible for Refunds or Returns unless the item is Faulty. For details please read or section “Returning my purchase”.
- Order processing can take up to 2-5 working days depending on the products ordered.
- All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
- Economical shipping take up to 12-15 and Express take up to 2-5 Workings days to get to you. However while we hope our selected courier service providers ensure timely delivery, slight delays may occur because of this busy period.
